Albert Ahereza brings over 8 years of experience in software development, digital strategy, and technology education to ALT TECH DIGITAL INNOVATION. A passionate advocate for practical tech skills development in Uganda, Albert recognized early in his career that the gap between academic knowledge and industry demands was holding back countless talented individuals.

Before founding ALT TECH, Albert worked as a senior software developer at several technology companies and led digital transformation projects for NGOs across East Africa. His unique approach combines technical excellence with a deep understanding of the local business landscape.

Albert holds certifications in Information Technology, Project Management Professional (PMP), and AWS Cloud Architecture. His leadership philosophy centers on three pillars: empowerment through education, solutions through innovation, and growth through integrity.
