How do I enroll in ALT TECH Academy?

Visit our Academy page, fill out the application form, and our admissions team will contact you within 48 hours. You can also download the application form from our Downloads page.

What are your response times for technical support?

For urgent technical issues, we respond within 2-4 hours during business hours. For general inquiries, within 24 hours. Emergency support is available for critical system failures.

Can I get a refund for academy programs?

Yes, refunds are available according to our policy: 100% refund up to 7 days before start date, 50% refund less than 7 days before, and no refund after program commencement.

How do I apply for internship?

Download the internship application form from our Downloads page, complete it, and email it to internships@alttech.com along with your CV and academic documents. Computing students at all levels (certificate, diploma, bachelor’s) are welcome.

Do you offer on-site computer maintenance?

Yes, we offer on-site maintenance for businesses within Ishaka, Bushenyi, and surrounding areas. For software issues, we also provide remote support. Contact our help desk to schedule a visit.
